Feb. 7th... Tourtiere

Made some yummy Tourtiere today inspired by our glorious river skating trail...

Bringing a little bit of sunshine in to life...

I was on a conference call at work and chained to my desk, so I needed something to do to keep my hands busy while listening. It's also cloudy outside so I wanted to create some sunshine too!

I took this photo with my new ipod touch thinking i could upload it from the camera on the device, but couldn't do it for some reason. Anyone have any ideas? Instead I e-mailed it to myself, downloaded it to the computer and am uploading it from the laptop.... Technology makes things happen so quickly, but sometimes it still takes longer than one thinks it will.
