good ol' granny's - another heike study

here we are on our first grannies stay of the year!  we got the fridge washed out and the water running.  things are looking supa-fine! spring is so early, wow!

i was inspired to do a cross medium study of heike - i have been using the camera in my phone, possibly too much, and have lost touch with my super amazing camera so i am trying to work it back into my day to day use.  here is a onslaught of heike!

Heike's Absenteeism

Heike has not been adding much to the blog lately.   I know that she would love to be more active and i just wanted to assure everyone that she continues to create something new everyday even if she doesn't do it with this blog in mind  - sometimes she isn't even aware of the incredible things she creates around her.   she's working really hard helping women have and support their babies and sometimes she even has enough energy left to do something sweet and loving like bring me flowers.  Creating in the spectrum that she works is pretty note worthy.  Hurray for heike!

so obviously I have been busy today with my collages.  Thanks to Heike for the encouragement and to "bibles for missions", our local thrift store, for the wacky canadiana finds.  I also dedicated today to updating my website.   have a look-see!
