More of the same

Here's a little gaggle of jellyfish swimming in the shallow water of my studio right now... Another poll question for you all... do you think that the speckles are too busy of a pattern? I wasn't sure if they added to the overall design, or would the pendants look better in plain colours? Here is a crappy pic of some other types of shades I have so you know what I'm talking about....

  1. this IS an unsolvable mystery of the greatest depth that jelly fish can go. I think i would love love love to see the solid colours put to use, i have a feeling I would favor them. but its hard to tell. I don't think that the speckles are too busy per-Se. it might depend colour combo to colour combo for me. for instance i do really love that central one all light up and stuff. I think that the two coloured solid shades might make for some very interesting illuminated situations.

  2. okay, so I've been looking a photos of jellyfish to help with this dilemma...have never looked hard at a jellyfish before...\i think the speckles work fine, would probably hang 3 matching together The plain are lovely too...especially like the ethereal blue one...
question? is it possible to make the shades slightly wider (sez she,who knows nothing of the process,innocently)...the jellyfish in photos seem to be like mushrooms with appendages, in gauzy pastel colours...is this doable?
